Funny how things work, I was just saying it had been awhile since I had the opportunity to do a newborn portrait session and then two fell into my lap. I met up with this family at their home a week after Mae Anne arrived into this world. She was pretty much awake the entire time and wanted to show off her gorgeous eyes. I did manage to get a few of those 'sleepy sweet baby' shots I strive for, overall everyone was pleased with her portraits, so I am happy.
When this sweet friend asked me to photograph her wedding, I was honored to take on the responsibility of capturing her special day with her best friend. The ceremony took place at New Beginnings Farmstead in Kingston, NY and was filled with lots of smiles and so much love!
Another lovely session at Lion's Park. I have know this brother and sister since they were little ones. It's been great watching them grow into the kind, helpful, smart, and loving individuals they are. Their personalities have bloomed over the years.
I met up with this family at Washington Park, another favorite location of mine. It has a lot of great spots including the ponds with all the ducks and geese. The little one enjoyed watching them and playing with his pumpkin.
Lions Park in Niskayuna provides the perfect back drop and I am happy to have it as part of my community. I met up with an old colleague and his family for a mini session for their sons first birthday. The little one was hot out of the gate with lots of smiles. He definitely knew how to work the camera.
I met up with this wonderful family at Pick-a-pumpkin Pumpkin Patch in Esperance at dusk. To my pleasing, it wasn't very crowded giving us the place to ourselves. It's always a plus not having to worry about unintentional photobombing. As you can see this gorgeous family had fun exploring the grounds.
